Services:

• Prevent Fires in Your Home: Clean your dryer vent annually! Sheffield Residents: $89 Inspection, Cleaning starting at $140. Click here
• Trash Removal: A Village Funded Garbage Pickup Program. The village pays for the basic cost of the refuse and recycling disposal program. Special pickups, additional cart rental, back-door pickup, or other unique services fees are the responsibility of residents. Arrangements for any extra services must be made by contacting Lakeshore Recycling Systems directly at (844) 633-3577. If you have any questions, call the Engineering and Public Works Department at (847) 895-7100.

• Holiday Trash Collection Delays: If the following holidays fall on or before a regular pick-up day, collection is delayed by one day: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
• Winter Trash Collection Hours: December 1 - February 28: Place trash at the curb after 4 p.m. All other months: Place trash at the curb after 6 p.m. the day before pick-up but no later than 7 a.m. on Thursday morning.
• Landscaping: Brickman Group mows common areas and front yards each week during the growing season. Homeowners are responsible for mowing their backyard lawns weekly during the growing season. For questions or concerns, call the association office.
• Work Orders: Submit work requests that may be covered by the Association via phone or email. Most work is completed within a week without an appointment. For issues requiring interior inspection, schedule an appointment with the staff.
• Maintenance Programs: Includes four-year painting, dry-rotted wood replacement, roofing, concrete work, paving, etc.
• Snow Removal: Snow is plowed by the association maintenance staff after two inches of snowfall. Streets and courts are cleared first, followed by driveways and parking spaces. Main sidewalks along Walnut, Pennview, Flintshire, and Portland are cleared after courts, parking spaces, and driveways.
• Clubhouse Rental: Homeowners can rent the clubhouse for private parties on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Reservations are first-come, first-served. A refundable security deposit of $150 is required. The clubhouse can accommodate up to 75 people and includes kitchen facilities with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave.
