WHY WAS MY CAR TOWED?
WHAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE TOW COMPANY?

Your car may be towed if:
1) Did not have a Sheffield Towne Guest pass visible in the car
2) Pass was used previously and/or the pass was altered
3) Pass is missing information or has the wrong date
4) You are a resident parked in guest space

5) Guest Parking is intended to be used by Guests Only!

WHAT IS THE MONTHLY ASSESSMENT?
The monthly assessment is $200.00. Payment is due on the first day of each month. A $20 late charge is assessed for all payments received after 1 p.m. on the 15th of each month.

WHAT SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY THE ASSOCIATION?
The Association maintains most exterior surfaces of your town home. Roofs, siding, masonry, concrete, private courts, front yard and common area landscaping are Association maintained items. Also covered are driveways, garage doors and exterior painting.

The association also maintains the swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and clubhouse for your enjoyment.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Residents are responsible for exterior items such as mowing and weeding rear yards, maintaining fences and gates, exterior light fixtures and mailboxes. Owners are also responsible for maintenance of their windows, storms & screens, patio, entry and storm doors.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY SEWER BACKS UP?
Call the Village of Schaumburg at 895-7100 if the problem is affecting you and your neighbors. If it is isolated to your home, check the yellow pages for a licensed plumber.

CAN I INSTALL A SATELLITE DISH?
Satellite dishes are permitted however, an agreement must be signed before installation begins. Dishes are limited in size to one meter. Installation is limited to your roof or your rear yard. Other restrictions apply. For more information or for a Satellite Dish Agreement, contact the association office.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY OLD APPLIANCE?
Appliances are picked up by Alliance/BFI only on Wednesdays for a charge of $30. Alliance will bill you directly. Call 1-800-650-0303 to schedule a pick-up at least 24 hours in advance. Some stores will remove your old appliance FREE of CHARGE when they deliver the new. Check with your dealer.
